Sports Media Day Photography in Snohomish County

Give your team a real media day. I bring a full professional studio to your gym, rink, or field house: pro lighting, clean white and black backdrops, and the kind of athlete portraits you see from college and pro programs. Every athlete gets their moment, every family gets photos worth keeping, and coaches get the team and headshot images the program needs.

I specialize in sports, including the tough indoor lighting of gyms and rinks, and I photograph teams across Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom counties.

A young girl with a blue Los Angeles Chargers sports jersey and black pants, holding a blue ball in her right hand, participating in a track and field event. She has a blue mouthguard, her hair is tied back, and she is on a sports field with other children, adults, and trees in the background.
A young woman in a white sports jersey with the number 29, holding a volleyball, smiling and pointing at the camera against a dark red background.
A volleyball game with players in green uniforms on an indoor court, with a player in green preparing to hit the ball over the net.

How a media day works

  1. Schedule a conversation. A free 30-minute call to walk through your teams, venue, timing, package options, and pricing. If it's a fit, we lock in your date on the call.

  2. Every athlete gets two poses. A full-body and a chest-up portrait against pro backdrops, plus the team photo. Efficient, fun, and organized so the whole roster moves through smoothly.

  3. Families pick their package at the media day. Simple per-athlete package options, selected and paid on site when your athlete steps up. Package details are covered on your booking call and shared with families before the day.

  4. Signature styled shots. After every athlete has their two poses, we shoot the fun stuff: dramatic styled portraits with fog, team-color lighting, and props. These are the banner-worthy images, available through your team's private gallery.

Why teams choose me

Fifteen-plus years behind the camera and a genuine specialty in sports. Gym and rink lighting is some of the hardest in photography, and I bring the equipment and experience to make every athlete look like the pros. As a sports parent myself, I keep media days moving, keep the athletes loose, and get the shots families actually want to buy.

Common questions

How long does a media day take? One hour per team covers a full roster's two poses plus the team photo, with signature styled shots after. Larger rosters or multiple teams can book additional time.

Who pays for what? The team or league books the day with an Experience Fee, covered on your booking call. Families choose their athlete's package and pay in person at the media day, and signature styled shots are purchased from the private team gallery afterward. Organizers never have to collect money.

Can we do the dramatic banner-style photos? Yes, those are the signature styled shots: fog, team-color lighting, and props, shot after every athlete has their basic poses. Available through the gallery.

Do you travel to our venue? Yes. I bring the full studio setup to your gym, rink, field house, or facility anywhere in Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom counties.

When should we book? Early in the season. Media day slots fill fast once schedules lock, and booking in the first weeks means families have their photos while the season is young
